1. Overview

VEO Automation ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that automates AI video and image generation on Google Flow (labs.google.com/fx/tools/flow). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the Extension.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of the following:

• Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Health or financial information
• Authentication credentials or passwords
• Personal communications
• Location data or IP address
• Web browsing history
• Keystroke logging or mouse activity beyond what is needed to automate Google Flow
• Any data from websites other than labs.google.com

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The Extension uses Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API to store the following data exclusively on your device:

• Prompt queue — the list of text prompts you enter for batch generation
• Settings — your preferences such as model selection, aspect ratio, resolution, and concurrency
• Automation state — whether the automation is running, paused, or stopped

This data never leaves your browser. It is never sent to our servers or any third party. You can clear it at any time by clearing your Chrome extension storage or uninstalling the Extension.

4. Permissions Used and Why

• tabs — To open and navigate to Google Flow when no tab is active
• storage — To save your prompt queue and settings locally on your device
• downloads — To automatically save generated videos and images to your Downloads folder
• sidePanel — To display the extension's UI as a Chrome side panel
• activeTab — To communicate with the Google Flow tab during automation
• Host access (labs.google.com) — To inject the automation script into Google Flow and control the generation interface on your behalf

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension automates Google Flow, a service operated by Google LLC. Your use of Google Flow is governed by Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We have no affiliation with Google and do not receive any data from Google as a result of your use of this Extension.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer any data to third parties. There is no data to share.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
